 | Wow, Karen - beautiful colors!!!! This one will really be lovely! |
 | I wonder if that's the one I kicked myself that I didn't get? I love the threads you have for it. I'm still debating with myself if I even want to try one. |
 | That is going to look great! |
 | Great color choices!! You will have it started soon..I KNOW you will...lol |
 | twana wrote on Jul 28, '08 Ewww! Pretty! Will you really be able to withstand temptation? |
 | Love that floss toss!! That will look great :) |
 | These colors will definitely pop on the pewter. The colors are rich, bright and beautiful. Good luck in putting off starting it straight away, I would not be able to. Love and Good Stitches, Linda |
 | These are some seriously awesome threads that will look fabulous on that fabric! This ones going to be spectacular!!! |
 | Jeez - pushy, pushy, Chris, Twana & Linda - if I cave, I'm blaming it all on you guys - well, and Mariann, since she hooked me on this one IN THE FIRST PLACE! |
 | This is gonna be stunning. Can't wait to see you start progressing on this. |
| Good colour choice, Karen. Pewter is nice and neutral and the colours will jump out of it very well! Maybe I'll pick mine up again when you start yours, so could you please remind me???
|
| MMMM - I like the colors on that one. I didn't join the Mystery, but if I ever get any decent stitching time and feel like I'm making progress, maybe I'll jump in on this one. I really liked what I saw with Mariann's WIP pictures when she started it. |
 | Oooooo, very pretty colors!! |
 | Lovely Karen, have you ever felt a Glorianna silk before?? They are the softest of all the ones I have used in TTM. I wish I had put all my floss, beads, metallics and material together for a piture before I started using them!!! Will look forward to your updates to this one, but I will not pressure you to start! LOL |
| Sure hope my Gloriana perles show up this month Oooh, these are a bit of a pain!!! They're beautiful, but Martina tends to choose a too heavy weight of them. I had to use them in Alpine Seasons and I hate the look of them. I'm actually going to take that bit I stitched with them back out, because it looks awful...
I haven't yet reached the point where they are used on Mystery X |
| Caron is nice, too, but I am not as thrilled with Dinky Dyes and NPI, I agree on the Dinky Dyes being a bit finer and more difficult to use. Cut shorter lengths is my way of handling them. Caron (the Waterlilies), Thread Gatherer and Gloriana are all the same quality in my experience. NPI are gorgeous! I don't have a problem with them at all and if I could afford it I'd use them instead of DMC! |
 | I think it's an awesome choice of fabric. Can't wait to see you start stitching it! |
